I started using Weiss snips in 1977 when an old guy said they were the only ones to use. I’ve had a number of them over the last 47 years. They cut the best. How could anyone get by working on metal without a good set of sheet metal hammers? Now I don’t beat on sheet metal for a living, I do it best enjoy it. Building a T Bucket by hand right now, including the steel body panels. Great video and advice!

Great job brother I would buy the hammers just cause people love to tell you what want or dont work for them cause people love to control others or make things harder for the next person. I see you have ear-pro, so I can tell that you care about safety. It surprises me that you aren't wearing gloves while cutting sheet metal by hand however. You had a near miss when you finish that right hand radial cut. You should see if you can partner with a brand and see if you can't have the gloves benefit you as a sponsor somehow. I'm a team lead (and welder) in a factory setting and I have seen plenty of hand injuries, some permanent. Please wear gloves. If not for yourself, do it for the young people who watch this content.

Invest in some Midwest tin snips.. those Wiss snips you have are terrible

Throw WISS in the garbage! Them MIDWEST offsets are more expensive but are far better snips. cuts cleaner, lasts longer, and dont open as wide

Yellow are a pointless tool. You can cut straigh with right or left and waste either side with both depending on which way you snip, pulling up or pushing down. Also wiss suck. Just my 2

The hand brakes are no good if youre using sheet metal of any decent thickness. Yellow snips are never used. Shears are a luxury, not necessary. Grinder and bandsaw get used way more often in day to day use. The hammer and dolly set, is this guy trolling?
