I just discovered your channel. Job well done! I was in Nepal back in April for the first time. What an incredible country! I did the Langtang trek and took a helicopter to Mt Everest. The culture you are exposing your children to is so awesome. You can not put a price tag on these types of adventures.

Its not chicken momo guys, its buff momo (buffalo meat) common here in Nepal. You get the whole flavour had u poured the soup from bottle in momo bowl and add some hot sauce over it. Only momo without the combination doesn't give u real taste. Wish u best for ur stay in Nepal

@@helloworld4147 Nepalese in the past and even now have hard life, our food philosophy is that we eat to live not live to eat. So story behind typical Nepali food is that its what Nepalese got to eat during hard times so it has sentimental value. Otherwise we have tons of other food recipe that you'll never find in restaurant that taste heavenly, but the ones that are popular (except momo and newari food) are loved by us cuz it reminds of who we are. Remember being a small nation , Nepal is very diverse, each ethnicity has different dishes yet to be explored by foreigners
