Very helpful indeed! I also want to work on my own habits this year. I always think of things I can improve and especially with a new year coming, but this is the first year I am actually writing things down and setting goals for myself instead of just 'thinking some stuff' inmy head. Reading aloud before bed, I do already. Waking up earlier has been a struggle! I've been trying this for a long time. My kids are early risers. Waking up early forme, starts with at what time the dinner is ready the day before 😋 And one of the Bible verses I have for myself this year is to be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger! Thanks for the tip of taking action before reacting. I've been founding myself in that spiral of shouting louder because they're already used... 😣 Good luck everyone!

The Lord has blessed me greatly with a loving husband and four children. I want to do the absolute best I can in my role and these tips are helpful! My absolute biggest struggle is getting up before my kids. It is SO hard to get up early but waking up to the kids is also so undesirable. I'm a year postpartum, finally baby is sleeping all night so I need to get on this. I think I can start with ten minutes early and build on.

yes I am right there with you! my baby is three months old today and she is sleeping through consistently now so it's time to start setting my alarm again. I have found that setting your alarm to an odd number, like 6:37 (for some weird reason ) is easier mentally.

I tried to sign up for your child training series but never got anything emailed to me.
