Late to watching, but I still enjoyed it! Loved the change in style. I also really liked seeing you make pumpkin pie! Is it common in Australia? I thought it was mostly an American thing. I remember someone from the UK commenting that it sounded like a very odd dish to them.

pumpkin pie isn't very common yet, but its catching on! the good old pumpkin scone is more of a classic :)
