Take care of yourself, eat well, I always walk with an umbrella, wear driving gloves,, apply film to your windows to keep 70% sun rays from damaging skin. Because all this other stuff is expensive and time consuming. Also I use Peter Thomas Roth on my bags, eye area and forehead ...it stops the wrinkles, as well as jane martins quasha tool for stimulation and facia. Also red light therapy. Meditation Until i can afford a face lift from this doc...he is superb

i cant say about lazers, but i know koji san soap lightens my skin!! if u try it, suds it up and rub it in for a few minutes at a time until you cant take it anymore, then use a good facial oil after. it lightened my dark skin in other areas too. have to reuse, but its cheap on amazon or ebay

​@@HolodollYes and internally too, there are a couple of studies. Given that it's usually a gastrointestinal problem, it's probably more logical to take the tablets. I would but despite lots of studies for years and winning a Nobel etc, it's hard to find a prescriber after the media ignorantly tarnished it's reputation. On the other hand it's quite easy to get the cream.

That's great it works for you but you should find out why you have it and treat the root cause. For me it was lack of stomach acid causing dibo, so undigested proteins were entering my blood stream and causing inflammation. Search for rosacea intestine in Pubmed and you will find papers. It's much cheaper to treat the gut than getting laser too. Vinegar, niacin (with the flush) and MSM powder got rid of mine. MSM and niacin improve the skin in various ways too, like increasing collagen production.
