At 29, I'm just learning to accept my dark circles are not from allergies, not from dehydration or vitamin/mineral deficiencies and are simply apart of me getting older losing facial fat. No product will help with this and I'm glad this video has taught me that now. In a few years time, maybe I'll get surgery to correct it but for now, it is what it is and I just try to avoid taking selfies in certain lighting that exacerbates their appearance.

I would add to rhe list: face massages, especially done at home. I’ve tried some because they’re supposed to help with collagen and plump up the skin but I’ve noticed they move or minimize facial fat so aren’t great for people who already have hollows and skinny face

I had sinus surgery (suction mucus gunk out) and had local anesthesia and that is still no joke. I felt that in my body until 4 days later I felt like I was finally urinating it out. Dr. Can you do a video about the trauma to the body from surgery or anesthesia. I had my hair and lashes fall out for 4 months. My sinuses never got better. Thank You! 🙏🏻
