You also have an alternative with Lana'Thel necklace / Blood Prince ring. Looks like less player want them. And works well for Ally or non-engineer Horde player.

Great video like always Giga, same list I have except I have lowered my prio on DFO as it's rather jankey to use with flare/phylactery. Muradins spyglass (gunship 10) whilst simming lower, is going to so much easier to use along side phylactery. So that's another good option. Personally I'm going to keep my Reign 258 for now and replace it with the Halion Scale eventually. btw no mention of prot tokens?

I have Nib on 3 characters, the one on my shaman is the only heroic one and i feel it procs less on my shaman compared to my boomy and mage, anyone else feel this way?

we proc it less for sure, Nib is also ass now because the valks dont get the % buff

What would be the best gems to throw in Nibelung? Pure Haste since there are no stats? or SP+Haste?

Spellpower is almost twice as valuable as Haste, so generally you gem for maximum SP

289 is perfect, brings you at 11.02 (11% being the cap with debuff in raid) .
