WFG is a great platform which doesn't do cold calling or door knocking unlike other insurance companies. However since the company is so BIG, having the right leadership and mentor to guide you plays a huge role.
@TheDIGAgency5 жыл бұрын
Agreed. That's true at WFG and all insurance opportunities. Your upline, not your company, is one of the biggest determinants of your success in the business (assuming you have the fire in the belly in the first place).
@michellee.80755 жыл бұрын
I'd say that mentor plays a huge role but eventhough you have the best mentor in the company a person's success is still in their hands. There are good teachers but there are also bad students.

@TheDIGAgency5 жыл бұрын
Scam implies illegal activity. WFG is a legit company. The question is are its business practices on board with what you want? With WFG, expect a lot of emphasis on selling Indexed Universal Life products, and tremendous encouragement to recruit from your warm market. Also I have heard starting commission is 25%, that's pretty low compared to other opportunities.

I started in WFG in May and I have found a mentor who is a 6 figure earner. She took me to the convention and it was the absolute best. I love this company and have personally witnessed the millionaires and money makers in the business and my goal is to follow there lead and become a 7 figure earner. #Ohioagent this video was good. Ppl say it's a scam but it's probably because they didnt put in the work or believe in the business and fell off. But I've learned to stay consistent and focused on my financial goals. I love WFG. @TheDIGAgency5 жыл бұрын
Good question! First, achieve consistent personal success writing business for at least 6, preferably 12 months. Then, share with people on your social media platforms what you've accomplished. Thankfully, most people hate their jobs and a percentage of your network will become curious about what you're doing and want apart of it. From there, train agents, develop case studies on how you help people become high-income entrepreneurs, and continue the cycle for 5 to 10 years.

John I have my insurance and I'm happy with it. It was explained to me clearly as well. The thing is there are people who don't care about being informative. They just wanna sell and do what benefits them and not the client. The bad thing is that everyone accounts for themselves. Since you're not actually working for someone, everyone may get to do whatever they want. Although they do push for you to do things right. All depends on what you as an agent choose to do. Either you do things right, or you screw people over.
@nh48205 жыл бұрын
John but Idk I mean.. If it was truly a scam I doubt nationwide would trust them to sell their products. Nationwide has too much at risk to just let anyone speak about and sell their products. Why would they partner?

Wrong, Nearly anybody can benefit from their help
@tommymodec3 жыл бұрын
@@gladec3896 nope, I am an actual fiduciary financial advisor. I don’t believe a single insurance agent at WFG can ever even be legally held to that standard of a client’s best interests. It started with me explaining an awful IUL policy and final expense insurance policy to one person and it snowballed into more than a dozen clients coming my way. The insurance agent would never hop on a call with me, but instead bad-mouthed me to them. These people oversell bad insurance products and, to my knowledge, never even get their investment licenses. Think about that. You are trusting your finances with someone who claims to be a financial advisor, but is not even licensed to provide advice and products for you to invest your own money. WFG and companies Kirk it are the scum of the financial services industry.
