Why is there such promotion of protein powders when pretty much all of them are composed of isolates, which are not good?

Blood vitality is not available here , so can i use a supplement which includes ferrous bisglycinate 15-18 mg elemental iron supplement and dose should be same as mentioned in dr wholeness pdf accordance of ferritin levels
