Thanks for the great discussion on easy tips for extending the life of your Savage seamless paper! 👏 *Our Aluminum Cores fit inside our Infinity Vinyl Backdrop cardboard cores (which are slightly larger than our paper cardboard cores). To use with paper, the full roll must be unwound, secured to and rerolled onto the metal core.

Well worth the effort to really extend the life of the paper and prevent ripples/waves in the surface.

Thank you for clarifying! I think our vinyl was falling off so we -rerolled it on to the core, but good to know when we replace the vinyl that we can just put it inside!

Thanks for the video. Just one question: what height do you recommend to set the roll at? I'm getting the 107inches wide for full length portrait.

I set mine up at 10-12 feet depending on our subject ( and angle of shooting) We had to build a stand at the studio here when a client had to shoot some NBA players, to make sure it was not intersecting their heads in the shots!

Thanks for the great tips and advice, Is there a way to add a poly / rolling system that can lower the BG with one person?
@captureschool4 жыл бұрын
I am unsure of the question - I lower all of our mounted backdrops by myself without ruining them
