I purchased 10 Savage seamless papers 2.70 X 11 Meters with various colors , Unfortunately 3 of them have horizontal Wave Lines across the entire papers as I opened them for the first time ..... They are not wrinkles of course , they look more like rolling lines across the papers ... Now is there any way to solve problem ? Hi Gigi! The main difference is that the Pure White Seamless Paper has UV Brighteners in it that make it that much brighter. You can achieve a natural looking white with either of these backdrops, it will depend mostly on how you light the background.

Hey there at Savage, I have a few different seamless backgrounds of yours in my studio, all 272cm wide. They tend to buckle in the middle because of their weight, is there anything that you guys would recommend to be placed inside the cardboard center roll or should I just see if I can find some aluminum tubes that fit well at my local steel supplier?

If not, HOW would you combine your widest paper and ELIMINATE the splitting line during filming (to avoid post-editing headache?) Thanks for your answers.

Hi Juan! We do offer an extra wide size of 140" in Super White, Black, Storm Gray and Tech Green. If you need a wider background, we would recommend cutting the desired width off the length of the roll and securing to your back wall or support system. The easiest way to eliminate a seam would be to set up backlights to blow out the background.

It's important for the paper to be swept out onto a flat, hard surface to avoid wrinkling or tearing of the material when walked on. If the mosaic tiling is very subtle and the tiles are even, you should be fine. If the flooring is more bumpy, we'd recommend laying down an inexpensive piece of plywood or plexiglass before sweeping the paper out.

Great question, John! The paper should only be swept out onto a hard, flat surface like tile, wood, concrete, etc. to ensure it does not puncture from the model's shoes. If you only have access to a carpeted floor in your workspace, we recommend laying down an inexpensive sheet of plexiglass or plywood between the floor and the paper.

Hi Dan! Thank you for your question! You can definitely just hang the paper straight down, and stop once it hits the floor. However, when doing full body portraits you will need to sweep out the paper onto the floor, creating a curve so that the paper does not crease. I hope that helps!
