You probably already know this but when it comes to making an offer on a bundle, but you've already exceeded the amount of times Posh will allow, you can remove one of the items and put it back in their bag and make a new offer! I was really excited find that out today. lol

I've been wanting an *easier* way to identify repeat customers so thank you! I feel poshmark simply does not understand the workflow and priority enhancements needed by actual highly active users on their platform. Either they haven't properly done the user research OR they just don't care very much. I'd think that they would want to make it a more intuitive platform for the sellers who are bringing in so much revenue. I mean, the fact that I am unable to easily view offers I've received from potential buyers and differentiate these from the long list of offers I've sent to likers is kind of crazy.

Couldn’t agree more with your last point!! That drives me nuts! I think Poshmark is more interested in customer acquisition than seller optimization but I hope they start prioritizing the latter soon.

Great video!! So you do not need to be an ambassador to mark comments as spam. I do not have that status, but mark as spam all the time for the same reason. Great tip about changing the size to resend a similar offer !!

Do your comments marked as spam disappear automatically? I tried on Matt’s account (which does not have ambassador status) and while I was able to mark as spam, it didn’t disappear upon refresh

I sorted my closet by most likes, then I went through and chose items to relist that had a lot of likes and had been listed for awhile. I took the chance to look at the listing and see if there might be a reason there were a lot of likes but no sale yet. In some cases I had a typo or had mislabeled something!

Loved this video. It was very helpful. I have struggled with trying to figure out when I actually listed an item, how to resend an offer and how to remove an item that sold on a different platform. I have a general question for anyone that wants to comment. When you sell an item on a different platform do you delete on PM or delist? I've been deleting. Is there a reason to switch to "not for sale" instead, other than you may want to list something similar in the future? Thank you.

I also sell on eBay. I accept returns there, so I delist it on Poshmark until the return window has passed on eBay . Then I delete on Poshmark.

It should work even if it expired. But I believe you must do it in a bundle! If you just send OTLs, I don’t think that will work

Unfortunately I don’t currently offer any one-on-one consulting! That could change in the distant future, but I don’t have the bandwidth for it now. We are going to relaunch the course this summer and add many more modules that I think will be really helpful for improving sales and analyzing performance. There are poshmark groups on Facebook you can join and you can ask in the feed if people would take a look at your closet and you can get a ton of helpful feedback that way for free!! Plus the group has so much knowledge itslef.

I’ve been a Poshmark member since 2017 and I would like to know your experience lately with the sellers. The last 5 purchases that I made were totally unsuccessful. The seller never shipped the item and at the end Poshmark had to cancel my order or sometimes the seller said:” I’m sorry I don’t have this item anymore”. Years ago it wasn’t like that. Before, when I saw an item available posted, it was AVAILABLE. Or the seller was very respectful of the rules related to shipping in the site. Now unfortunately isn’t like that at least for me. The sad part is that many of the items that I purchased were items that I finally found after trying so hard. Items that I was very excited to have. And Poshmark doesn’t do anything about it 😔I’m sorry! I’m just venting here.

The marking a comment as spam so it could be removed works on non ambassadors too. I am not a Posh Ambassador yet I can remove comments!

I change the size often too. If you have sent too many offers without a response I remove each item from the bundle and then add them back again. That way you can send new offers. I didn't know about the last search feature. I'm never really sure what to add as item tags. They didn't really explain how they would be used.

That used to be true, but Poshmark fixed it and now the listing shows up as"just in" when you post it.

If you use an iPad, you simply open the item and it shows the date right in the listing itself.

I Relist 'ongoing' every time offers on an item hit 30% with NO BUYS. ...Then I Relist it and ERASE THE "LIKERS BUT NOT BUYERS'. By getting them OFF the item...it starts the offer sequence back to original. I can then make more offers to NEW Likers. I never let an item sit with lots of 'Likers but Not Buyers'.....they waste time and effort on the item. Best to do the RESET and get the price I want. Keeping my Profit Margins UP..
