When I was first starting out as a Bartender, I had some customers from Oregon that were fellow Bartenders and they taught me a few bar tricks which I made a bundle off of them. My favorite one I would bet money where I would take a full glass of ice and liquid and bet them that I could pick up the glass with the straw. Money comes on the table and I would pick the glass up with the straw and I could even swing the glass around with the straw and everyone's mind was always blown. Maybe you already know that trick, if not, I can show you.

Now I have to find a little metal half circle thingy so I can spray the atomizers over the cocktails haha. Thanks so much!! Very cool. It looks like I might also have to use egg whites to thicken over the top or make a cocktail foam

I find a bit of gomme syrup can help if a cocktail's coming out "scummy" or flat. It's sweeter than egg white, sure, but cocktails are usually sweet anyways and keeping a bottle behind the bar is a lot easier than cracking an egg and separating it every single time. (ok it depends on the bar)

Yo I've not studied this... just what I've found from working, sadly, but he's got to be hella ripped. Like, I'm not even tying to be weird here. If you shake your drinks like that "Fist of the North Star" meme every single time... you'll have frothy, bouncy cosmo's and martini's that look both pearlescent and silky. It hurts like hell the first few times. (PROTIP - It's not worth it! just do the cup thing!)

I would say there is a damn good demographic full of ripe, unexplored fields for exactly that. Even if you live in America (no offence to America, praise Trump please don't send the secret service to kill me etc. etc.) there WILL be a market for this, from anyone and everyone - so long as you have a good smile and good jokes :D
