In one of our past videos "5 Steps to Better Breathing" we discussed 5 pillars of healthy breathing, specifically we talked about
1. Breathe with the belly
2. Breathe slowly, 4-10 breaths per minute
3. Exhale longer than inhale
4. Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed
5. Breathe through the nose
