One of the things that's needed for circulation to the scalp (without doing handstands) is lying down on the BODY SLANT BOARD. 14 inches off the ground at one end. Lay with your head on the lowest part of the board and feet up higher. Do this 15 minutes every day...You can meditate or sleep during the 15 minutes (or more) :)

I do agree, there are natural remedies available, but just to set the record straight. Studies have shown that side effects for Finasteride are rare at best. You don't get guys who have regrown hair complaining in online forums, but everyone who has experienced side effects does. And IF you experience side effects, chances are in your favor that they will go away entirely upon stopping the treatment. People readily take medication for depression, anxiety, epilepsy, diabetes, and many more on a daily basis. Have you seen the side effects of some of these medications? The list is 10x longer than Finasteride, even for medications that are available to children/young adults (Ritalin/Adderall). And yes, I speak from experience. I have been on Finasteride for 7 years now and I have not experienced one single side effect from it. I suffer from MPB and I have regrown and maintained the hairline I had when I was 18. I'm not saying these medications do not pose any risks, but often it is portrayed as, "If you use Finasteride your dick won't work", which is absolute BS.

Hey, so in conclusion which one should i use? Can i use them together?
@TravWhiteStyle4 жыл бұрын
Ideally you combine the carrier oil (fatty oil) with an essential oil and try a combo. So pumpkin seed with rosemary or something like that

The studies didnt say how the pumpkin seed oil was used. I assume it was topically? Anyone know?

Hi mate, what if I let the pippermint oil with aloe vera on my head for several days? I want to use that oil but I dont want to wash my hair daily to remove it. Is it bad for the hair?
@piecesofme85312 жыл бұрын
Here’s your recipe: Use 11 ounces of carrier oil of choice (such as olive oil) that’s best for your hair: Use slotted frying spatula to remove rosemary leaves from stem from 5-6 stems, and use double boiler method to infuse rosemary oil into carrier oil (support black channels, there are several black female content creators demonstrating this.) Not discussed in video, but you may want to infuse cloves as well, as anecdotally this also improves hair density. After oil has cooled, Add 10ml peppermint oil from Trav’s link (3% final solution). Add 16.5ml of lavender oil from Trav’s link (5% final solution). Skip the saw palmetto oil, weak evidence and too expensive. Apply daily into scalp, esp into trouble areas. May apply directly after micro needling sessions (Jose Rios got fantastic results with 0.25mm just 3X a week)! I may possibly add MSM to this hair growth oil too, as there is lots of anecdotal support for its use. Instead of finasteride, take a half gram equivalent of pumpkin seed oil orally everyday to lower your DHT levels. If you want to replicate exact dosage, final oil volume should be 11.33 Oz (333 ml) to replicate exactly 3% peppermint oil and 5% lavender oil. 11 Oz should last you a month, a little every day should go a long way. 2 tsp (10ml) a day massaged across your scalp means a 300-333ml stock should last 30-33 days. The lavender and peppermint oils are $7.50 each. So you’re using roughly $22.50 in essential oils a month. Rosemary sprigs and cloves are cheap from the supermarket, esp ethnic supermarkets (let’s say $7.50). Trav’s pumpkin seed oil soft gel recommendation comes to $4 a month. So all-in-all, this protocol will cost $34 a month. More if you add micro needling and MSM, but those are probably optional. There are a lot of fake rosemary oils on the market, so that’s why I suggest you infuse your own. Will report back on results in 6-9 months. Was considering Rob English’ scalp massages, but 40 minutes a day of massaging my scalp is too big a commitment for me, which means I won’t be consistent with it, so I’ll stick to micro needling and Trav’s hair growth oil suggestions. Here’s to your happy and healthy hair guys!

Curly Proverbz, in her MSM triple hair growth video, adds fenugreek to a similar hair growth oil, she states around the 9 minute mark. She used caster oil (don’t know whether as additive or as oil base), she has a recipe on another video.

If your hair still short , i don't suggest to use conditioner on it , Just wash your hair with shampoo 3-4 Days ( oily hair grows faster ) , But trust me don't condition your hair if you have short❤❤❤❤❤ , i'm at month 9 and i don't use conditioner , maybe the next month i'll start to use it, All The Love .

@ahmadaljassem43424 жыл бұрын
@@bryantb6249 Both are Great , But i prefer argan oil ( it's make my hair so silky smooth and without being greasy) use argan oil or coconut oil after showering , when your hair is 30% dry, ( first, dry your hair with a towel , when it's 30% dry put a little amount of argan oil or coconut oil in your hair , and let it air dry, don't use blowdryer ) you'll have the best result for a healthy hair , Have a nice day buddy ❤❤❤❤❤

I love this topic! I think this is super cool and fascinating. But, I am curious. Would one dilute the oil at all? What would you recommend, Trav White? Once again, I love all of your educational and inspiring long hair videos

Always mix the essential oil with a carrier oil; Grape Seed oil, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, almond oil. Etc. Otherwise the strength of an essential oil could burn your scalp.

or should i try argan oil with peppermint? i kinda damaged my hair last year by dyeing it too much and was a hard headed fool who was addicted in washing my hair twice a day everyday (always used shampoo and conditioner during that time) and i got a fine hair which makes my scalp in my crown area more visible. so i want to try methods which would make my hair restore
