Blushing made my high school experience absolutely miserable. That continued all through my 20s, though it was 'jumped on' less by others at that point. It ended more or less completely in my mid-30s. Glad you're addressing this. A lot of young people could benefit greatly from a solution. I know I would have. I hope those who need this see it.

Thank you for this; I don't blush that often, but I really hate when I do.

I've read lots of psychological books. I find your videos much better to understand. Similar to blushing is "empathetic embarrassment" or "vicarious embarrassment". Any tips on handling those reaktions would be very much appreciated.

Do you have tips for migraine? Years ago, a friend of mine suggested a similar exercise with imagining heat in my hands, her hypothesis was that it draws blood away from the brain, but it might just be the focus away from the pain towards a pleasant stimulus. Not all migraines are helped, but a good number are at least more tolerable by sitting in a dark room focusing on relaxation and this heat in my hands idea, especially if I get after it early (tension headaches often morph into migraine for me if I ignore them). I would love to hear your thoughts.
