And 1st impression is not always the last impression we all know that now. All of us present ourself fake in few initial meetings. Never get impressed or judgmental without spending 3 -6 month with that potential person. Hygiene, spending and saving habit, too much dependency on others(mother, father, sister, brother, friends) for their work, drinking and smoking habit, comparison to their ex's. All these things shall be discussed too.

I asked this guy why he wants to get married and he straight up replied that its a silly question. Few minutes later he said because he was having a baby fever lately, hence wants to get married. Then I asked, when do you plan on getting married (I meant how soon) he again said that my questions are silly and I'm askinh all stupid questions. We chatted for 30 minutes and he never once asked anything about me. When he said he wants to marry coz he was having baby fever, I was so put off. I told this to him and he got pissed and said that shows my mentality. After that he stopped texting me.(This was an rranged marriage proposal, guy and his family lived in Kuwait) My family said I was wrong to ask such questions on day one. But I mean why beat around the bush, right? 🙄

I 32 right now and decided not to marry. I earn, cook, clean my house, take care of my parents and everything in my own hand don’t feel I need to get marriage ever. No need to spend 5-10 lakhs in wedding which may have no return. Divorce rate is rising, women file fake rape/domestic violence cases against men/husband. Individuality is important. Regarding kids, India is overpopulated; cost of education, property, and healthcare is rising alarmingly. Don’t want to bring a child in a country which have corrupted govt. poor infrastructure, lack of resources to lead a average life. Better travel, invest money in FD, MF, stocks and create wealth and adopt kids.

So atleast you need to find a compatible person who you think you can live with.. Since our society is so much into arranged marriages and relationships are still a taboo in some families, some people don't have a choice.. It is sad but our society is too much obsessed about 'virginity' and 'never being in a relationship before marriage'.. Hope it will change eventually..
