Completely right. I made a bad mate selection and it was tough. He’s dead now at age 61 so we don’t get to grow old together but schizophrenia ran on his side of the family which none of them told me and I only learned about after many years of marriage and our children are grown and yes, are affected by it. He also lost any moral compass and lied constantly. He died in the presence of two prostitutes who didn’t think to call an ambulance when he collapsed. It was very painful, but looking back it had to end. He had type 2 diabetes, heart disease and even did drugs after a heart attack. He always had a rebellious, unteachable spirit and didn’t believe in religion. He didn’t love us any more and no provider instinct. Glad it’s over.

I don't agree with the things mentioned in the video fully... Does a person who is earning fine and healthy habits can necessarily be empathetic and understanding? Does he necessarily be a person looking for emotional intimacy with her/his life partner? Hobby, earning and health consciousness would not necessarily result to a right choice of a partner. Well according to my experience, the partner should be empathetic on first place, and must look for mature love with emotional and spiritual intimacy with the other one.

My partner have all these qualities n I am blessed for that but I don't agree with the last point about if the person is having diabetes or have a family history of such a disease .... How inhumane would it be to leave a man for he is diabetic. I am sorry but this is a part of life , diabetes is a genetic disease , and if we have diabetes do we not deserve to get married to the perfect match ? This is such a stupid thing , I have a family history of diabetes and my if in future I get diabetes and my partner leaves me , that would be the worst thing happening .
