One correction-Bro you in 1St recipe added raw oats instead you can roast them with very little ghee or oil for better digestion and absorption. Otherwise video is good keep it up 👍👍👍

First recipe was worst. It tastes so much sweet I couldn't tolerate it. I am feeling sick after eating that. And yes oats should be cooked a little bit for better digestion. I am feeling like a mild stomach-ache.

Tu mera diet plan follow karke bata 3 mahine tak meri height hai 6'5 or weight 121kg mere meal iss tarah hai ki breakfast mai poha ek plate or lunch dinner mai 2 roti with sabzi ,salad,fruits, with 2.5 hrs workout .I am taking no. Protein in my diet and high starch,carbs in my diet

Probiotics are alove and so they should always ne stored in fridge.... This doesn't get shipped in cold storage so it is of no use.. better go for Vsl 3 probiotics which can be found in nearby chemist. Buy only if they are taking out fridge.
