What is employee experience and why is it so important in today's times?
My name is Ekta Capoor and I'm the co-founder of Amazing Workplaces, a content and media, a platform for employer branding. Today, I'm going to share with you five points why employee experience matters so much, especially in today's times.
1. The first point is that if you create a good employee experience, it helps reduce your employee turnover.
2. The second point is that if your employees are having a great experience that is, they are engaged in whatever they are doing at work, then your productivity increases. So we can say that good employee experience can help enhance productivity of your organization.
3. The third point is that employee experience helps your organization build a certain credibility in the market, which means that the next time you go out looking for talent, you'll find that you'll get more good employees wanting to work with your company.
4. The fourth point is that good employee experience actually results in good customer experience. Now, if you ask me why? Well, isn't it very natural that when you take care of your employees, your employees take care of the customer? Yes, if an employee is having a great employee experience, he is likely to be more engaged, is likely to be more productive, and he is going to actually take care of your customers. So isn't that really good for you?
5. Last but not the least, a good employee experience actually ends up you making more profits in your business. How does this happen?
