I just thought of another something I've learned on KZbin. I once paid more than $100 for a community college PhotoShop course. I've learned way more from the real experts who teach here for free and I can watch over and over again. Not only that, I learned video editing entirely on KZbin from tutorials to live chats. I'm certainly no editing expert, but am so much more skilled than I would be without the resources available here.

I came across your channel last night and am so thankful that I did! I knit, and garden, and wish I could have a yard full of chickens but chickens aren't allowed where I live. And just like you I learned to knit socks by watching You Tube videos. I am planning on casting on another sock and watching more of your videos today while sitting by the fire and our supper slow cooks on the stove.

Yes!!! Sounds like you're just like I was before I moved to the country. I love my chickens - they amuse me to no end, however, it's not such fun after they've spent an afternoon on my front porch and I have to clean up after them.

Thank you for sharing. I started my channel years ago just to share some videos of my daughter. I didn't know what I was doing really. I only just started KZbin University last year when I was searching and found the homestead community. I have been hooked ever since. I don't watch TV anymore. I love learning and communicating with folks of like minds, the homesteaders like you. You are very sweet and educating. I appreciate you and love to watch you on your journey. Look forward to meeting you at the Gathering! 💖

You make me happy! I can hardly believe the Gathering is next Saturday! I'll have a booth selling some stuff, giving away some stuff, and demonstrating spinning wool. Pleases come see me!

Sometimes KZbin can be like a Bluegill cooked whole and not filleted. You have to be careful before swallowing.

@@g.cosper Good news about your lease; not so good news about your back!!!! I hope it's improving. I have chronic back pain. It's no fun.

@@GrammaRosesHomestead It IS improving, thank you. I'm a stubborn ol'lady and am pretty good at doing the PT excersizes. It's dealing with the arthritis flares that I'm trying to learn now. This last month YT has been my best friend for distraction, learning, communication, fellowship, and entertainment. So there's my 5. 😆

It's like taking continuing ed classes from your home. My TV broke almost 10 years ago and I don't miss it one bit. I might not be able to vote on The Voice or American Idol, but I can still watch the performances.

I also learned carpentry tips from You Tube and much more. Like how to grow microgreens!
