Just added products in the shower and then wrapped my hair in a T-shirt for 30mins before diffusing today. That gave me the results!! Thank you for the tips totally works!

Great tips. I keep a mini hair journal of my wash day experiences, what products I used, if they worked well for my hair and if I didn't like them, why! This has helped tremendously. So when I need a bomb hair day, I know which products will facilitate that. Thanks for sharing.

I don’t possess the words to tell you just how helpful you’ve been to me doing wash and go’s. Many thanks lady!🤗. My biggest mistake was using waaaaayyyy too much gel.

I appreciate your tips, I guess this is why I just do a 2 strand twist. I don’t like doing anything on soaking wet hair. I don’t like sitting under the hair dryer either! I can twist on damp hair and go to bed! 😊

My hair doesn’t have to be dripping wet to get a bomb wash & go. Although I’m type 4, my hair is fine, so maybe that’s it. And rarely sit under a dryer because i hate it, lol. So I generally air dry, but sometimes finish off with blow dryer - start with diffuser, then just blow it around freely to break up the coils. But all I ever do is wash & go’s and I’m now convinced that I can make any product combo work - more about technique, and while my hair may look different in terms of degree of curl definition, hold, etc., I love it no matter how it turns out. But always open to new techniques/ products, so love following your videos. Thanks! 💕

My fails were roots and air drying lol my hair is low porosity and since air drying takes all day and sometimes 2 days I'll get day 3 hair on day one. By the 3rd day I'm Chaka Khan lol love her hair but not on day 3 lol

My biggest mistake was not consistently doing them. This video sealed it for me...I need to get a sit-under dryer🙃 Great video!

Mine right now still is testing products to see what works well. Most of those that you've meantion I started doing and got better over the past several months. I am keeping an open mind because I am a twistout queen lolll. I take those tips to heart so I can get better, so I can keep wearing washngos more. Great video sis!!

I literally rinse my hair and immediately add leave in. I apply the gel in front of the mirror

Great video as usual!! I don't like doing my wash n go on wet hair cause I can't stand the drying time. I dont have a hooded dryer. I get good results with a strong hold gel on damp hair and I can blow dry my hair in 20 mins. I would admit I do my wash n gos lazily cause my hair looks cute either ways. I like some frizz cause it gives me volume and I love hold cause it lasts longer. I have type 4 hair My biggest mistake was using too much leave in cause my hair would always flake

Idk what my mistakes are but my wng's no longer look right. My curls look like cup of noodles when dry and I cant get the volume I used to get. Between meds and surgery and heat damage 2yrs ago it's been a struggle. I kinda like air dried look with a lil frizz. It looks natural and less like a wig. But that my opinion for my hair.

I'm gonna try a wash n go again on soaking wet hair. I have low porosity hair so it usually takes forever to dry so I opt for a puff or braid-outs. I'm just going to be patient and sit under the dryer.

Man!! This video is on point! I understood every word BUT for some reason my wash and go’s are like a box of chocolate! I never know how it’s gonna turn out. I think I have issues with applying too much gel and my diffuser is really old, it’s all taped up holding it together. Does the condition or type of diffuser matter?

I bet these same tips work for twist outs. My biggest mistake was not letting them dry completely.

With the soaking wet hair tip is that also for low porosity or more so for high porosity naturals? Sometimes as a low porosity natural I feel as though the water isn’t allowing( at a point) The other products to actually penetrate my hair strands.
@ALove4Me4 жыл бұрын
Its a tip for both low and high porosity

Hi, I’m struggling with my hair drying out so fast even after putting a leave in and custards. After i use the leave in (kinky kirly) and my hair looks like a mini fro after it dries even when i do a twist out. Could you please provide some direction on what I’m doing wrong,

Do all leave-in’s leave your hair dry?

Sounds like your hair type requires shingling and weekly deep conditions..try bentonite clay once every 6 weeks...fennugreek mask are excellent as well!
