Nutrition/food intake (fix metabolism instead of just cutting calories constantly) 3. Training (do compound exercises rather than isolating)(follow a program)(mobility routine and warm ups!) 4. Consistently over time (60% consistency) 5. Give yourself time to see results (find joy in journey)

This is awesome, I been working out consistently this year like I haven’t workout in years. I been enjoyed working out, I think the last time I worked out and enjoyed the workout so much I was in my 20’s and no kids lol. Finding your metabolism and what works for you is key to see results, I started with 3 days at the beginning of the year and now I am so energetic I do 4 to 5 days a week. I workout around 4:45 am..I have 3 small children, so I have to do really early…for the grace of God, I been consistent for 3 months and it feels awesome. I am also in college so i am very busy but I decided no to make excuses for myself anymore…it’s part of my lifestyle now like it was before. ❤️🙏🏼

Im 34 I started at home workouts 7 months ago. Lost 30 lbs in the first 3 months then decided to join a gym and it has been 4 months and I haven’t lost any weight at all 😭. I’m very consistent going 5 days a week.. I don’t see much difference in measurements either 💔 I keep going to the gym because I’ve fallen in love with working out and I’m doing it for my health but I’d still love to loose more weight. I have around 12lbs so left to be at my goal weight

I needed this video today! Thank you for linking to the podcast episode with Sal...incredibly insightful and such important info. I definitely want to improve my metabolic rate - was in a calorie deficit for 8 weeks and lost weight, but also some muscle...which I really want to be gaining right now. I think I need to improve my strength before cutting again. My mindset is definitely shifting when I'm more focused on the muscle I lost than the total weight LOL.

Loved this Brittany! I’ve been doing consistent exercise and eating since January and I’ve lost 10 lb. This is my second time on a weightloss journey and I’m definitely seeing it differently this time. I’m enjoying the process more and being more forgiving of myself. I have just been finding exercises on Pinterest and Instagram but I’m ready to do an actual program so tomorrow on Monday, I’m beginning your beginner program on your app! 🎉

This is what I needed I tell myself every New Year that I’m going to go to the gym and get fit I never stick to it and just end up gaining more weight this year I’ve actually been sticking to it pretty good since December im going 2-3 times a week since December(sometimes just once) but im sticking with it more so than ever before but I feel like im not seeing any results besides a small change in my 🍑 but I feel like im gaining weight rather than losing it I don’t really know what to do. I want to stick with it because I desperately want to see results and lose the weight.
