I really appreciate seeing a fitness influencer have such a healthy relationship with food and just a generally positive and non toxic attitude! Super refreshing and way more sustainable! ❤️

I relate most to the treat/cheat meal stuff. Being overly restrictive is not realistic but I struggle with balance and discipline.
@BrittanyLupton3 жыл бұрын
yes it’s totally unrealistic to have dramatic “diet changes” balance & discipline can be learned through gradual practice. be patient with yourself, & you can do it 🤗

You are uncomplicating gym/healthy life for me so much. I just finished my first month at the gym and I am slowly losing my fear of weight lifting in the machines. I usually feel super inadequate next to people who know what they’re doing. As I watch your videos, I keep learning new routines and copy them at the gym. It helps SO much. Thank you a million times for taking the time to do this.

I had such a big fear of eating a few years ago and watching fitness influencers like you grow and educate your followers about the need for food and the negatives of restrictive diets has helped me so much! I actually look and feel better now that I prioritize my eating!! (And your banana oatmeal pancake recipe is my go to for preworkout fuel👌🏻)

Excellent advice! I love how you emphasize on enjoying the process. I used to be the kind of person who thought if I could reach my “goal” whether it be weight or body fat %, then my work was done and I didn’t have to work at it anymore. It’s a lifelong commitment, but it’s so worth every step! On my non-gym days I like to bike or walk the dogs with the kids.

Love this video!!! I always struggle to get in enough protein, but you're right once you prioritize protein intake you really notice a big difference! Also I get stuck in the routine of just lifting and maybe doing some cardio afterwards but I definitely agree that I should incorporate more crosstraining - sometimes it's just hard to break that routine and try something new but it will be beneficial to overall health 😊

I love this so much. I’m a mama of 6. Never prioritized my fitness. I was skinny fat. No muscle tone I’m petite. But I wasn’t strong. Mentally or physically, I just take it day by day but with the long term goal of a healthy life this year my word is healthy. And do far I have worked out 5 days a week following Caroline G epic endgame( needed something to learn different moves) I love your Chanel- just found it. You are very inspiring and I’ll be working here to be better at fueling my body for my workouts. I have struggled with that. Thanks again for your videos!

Something I do is try and swap out my sweets and junk food for healthier options when I can. Of course I still allow myself ice cream, but a lot of the time I will opt for a smoothie instead because it is still a yummy treat to me, but its a bit healthier. Another thing ive been hooked on recently are almonds. O.M.G. theres these skinless garlic herb and olive oil ones and they are to die for.

Hey I saw your comment, and I remembered a Vegan protein powder I found and I thought it might help if you didn't already try this one. It's called BEAM Vegan Protein Powder and comes in multiple flavors like cinnamon cereal, birthday cake, chocolate brownie, peanut butter smoothie, and blueberry muffin. If you haven't already tried it, you should check it out. I hope it helps. 😁

Can walking a mile be the same cardio as running? Maybe walking longer distance but can it still help with endurance?
@halieransom3 жыл бұрын
It depends what you mean by "same cardio." Do you mean gets your heart rate up the same, burns the same amount of calories, increases endurance etc. Mixing walking and running intervals is a great technique for building endurance.

Hi Brittany! I love watching your videos and i started going to the gym for a not very long time ago. Although i don't think my parents allow protein powder etc in the household, i really do want to build muscle. Is it still possible to see good results w/o bought protein addition?
@kengineer123 жыл бұрын
Hey! I know I’m not Brittany, but I would like for you to think for a second what protein powder is. It is an additive form of protein. There are many foods naturally high in protein such as tuna, eggs, beans, meats, etc. you can easily eat these to get more protein! The only thing I would suggest to do protein powder is to add it in meals not as naturally high in protein, but even putting a spoon of green yogurt on your plate will help!

“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”” Luke 19:10 God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless you all! 💗😊
