Just stayed at the hard rock 2 weeks ago and it was amazing! Water taxi was very convenient and not to far from both disney and universal.

Typically the premier resorts at Universal like the Hard Rock are the most quiet!

I would say to walk or the ferry boat as Islands of Adventure is still the furthest away from Hard Rock compared to Universal Florida!
