5 RULES ON BODY POSITION IN SOCCER FOOTBALL. In this episode I will cover 5 tips about body position in soccer/football. It is one of the fundamental things to understand in this sport. It is never too late to master basic concepts in football. Coaches like Guardiola and Klopp work with their players on basic things all the time and that is the part of their success.

Great video! My question is has to do with the opposition pressing. Do we just take our first touch away from players who press us? Should we already have a plan where to go before receiving and passing ball or should we focus on beating the press then think about passing the ball? Thanks for your content.

First thing is always the same, you need to go trough the pressing opponents. :) But not just the one closest to you, you need to think about bigger picture and choose direction that will give you opportunity to play forward (often running with the ball is even better than passing in these situations, you can create space for teammates in this way) after breaking the pressure.

When you are taking the touch,should you just take it and look forwsrd or I should take it in direction to the opponent's goal?

You always want to play forward, but it depends on opponents positions and available space. Sometimes you need touch to go away from the opponent in order to protect the ball, sometimes you need to attack the free space with your first touch to move the opossition or shift play towards the enemy goal. Best way of developing it is just playing & being conscious about decisions you are making while playing football
