I think a lot of people are confused about this, but I interpreted it as Al telling the tenants that the chains were there because he wouldn't be around to fix the toilets anymore. Kind of sad. It really didn't have anything to do with Charlie or the suit, it was just an old super concerned about the building hes taken care of for the past 35 years.

Ayyy I can't believe they said penn hills in the first story. I grow up less than a mile from Penn hills. I remember that was a mafia meeting spot and I would watch them all walk in to there underground meetings not knowing who I was actually seeing. I worked for the owners and founders of it for years. Unfortunately random fires have always broke out on the property and 6 years ago it started to burn down bit by little bit. Now penn hills is just a pile 9f busted concrete. Pocono gardens was insane as well before that was burned down. I lived in between both resorts and I skateboarded at Pocono gardens everyday as a teenager who stumbled across a whole abandoned resort which lead me to have my own crazy experiences there. Living in the Pocono mountains is prime for abandoned resorts with terrible histories. Great in your interested in all that

Oh these stories were SUPERB! They are in a totally different class altogether- Magnificent and th narrator was Bloody Brilliant! This is how it should be done, this is first class story telling.
