As a bass guy, on the jig. I might cut a few hook guards, but not to many or you want be weedless. But it will make it easier to pin the fish. 3 to 4 strains should soften it up and make 4 easy hook sets...

I used soft plastic crawfish on a jig head or weedless for redfish all-year long and they get "thumped." Crawl it, swim it, jig it, or flip it. They are an excellent bait.

great video !! I was also waiting for the weedless frog lol. also thought a red fish spinner bait was going to be on there. I've had the idea of using crawfish to mimick a crab, guess i'll have to try it now. Thanks for the tips

Clean Fun Fishing yessir crawfish imitations are great in the marsh. Frogs and spinners work great also.

Yakin with Jack it’s a gem bro. Only downfall is it’s a slow bait so it’s more of a if you see some activity then throw on them and they will eat it for sure.

I recently looked through my old bass lures I haven’t touched in years. I had multiple packs of unopened havoc pitbosses and immediately thought they’d be excellent redfish lures. Same with paca craws

The frog is definitely a good one and gets a lot of attention from redfish but my hook up ratio is horrible 😂 I probably catch 1 per every 5 blow ups.
