Steve, when you do the rear delts on the pec deck, stand lean forward and put your head on the chest pad and the do the movement - it's killer! Give it a shot! Thanks for all the videos lately

The only shoulder excessive you need are - overhead press(seated or standing), side laterals (dumbbells or cable), rear delt flys, shrugs

Steve you should try using that shoulder machine with your chest against the pad. I like doing I that way and i really feel it in my lateral delt. You should give it a try.

You DO NOT want to "pour the water out" when performing lateral raises. This causes shoulder impingement. Upright row also causes shoulder impingement, STOP doing that exercise!

Steve isn't that variation of the the lateral raises really hard on your shoulder, i just externally rotate my shoulder and it feels great, while not damaging my shoulder with that internal rotation
