@cmock8104 жыл бұрын
@@meishagreen3482 hi Meisha. I shop for about 30 different companies but TrendSource, MarketForce and Intellishop might be good to start with. I would highly recommend seeking out some mystery shop Facebook groups to join before starting out. The groups really help with finding shop companies that have clients in whatever city you live in and on giving tips for newbies. Although it can be fun, it truly is work and if you don't do it right you risk not getting reimbursed or not getting paid. Good luck!

The beating my car took tho! Girl, I killed my car. Desperation made me use MY CAPITAL (my car) instead of the biz owners- who’s getting all the tax credits and breaks. Desperation should be the only reason you run your car into the ground. Without a car, youre dusted. Life is OVER.
@AmyDaisee4 жыл бұрын
@@YeshuaKingMessiah I understand what you're saying. But I look at it as my vehicle is part of my business. So I replace it and repair as needed. I know this life style isn't for everyone. But what people might spend on clothing, lunches, etc I spend on gas and my car. I'm my own boss for the most part, I had the freedom to work my schedule around my son's chemo treatments and spend as much time with him as I could before he died. It's not for everyone but works for me.

@@YeshuaKingMessiah if you have a Honda or Toyota sedan you should be able to make it last a long time with the right maintenance.
@YeshuaKingMessiah4 жыл бұрын
AmyDaisee totally get it, you figure so much of your hourly wage goes toward the car needs. But, when you dont have a car in the end as you keep putting off something major, its heartbreaking. If you were just driving to work daily and parking it, that knocking in your engine wouldnt develop tho. At least not for a long long time. And you wouldnt throw a rod finally and then have zero car. I was putting 100-200 mi on my car each Flex shift and still way too many for each UberEats (which was the least of whats wrong with THAT gig, but I digress). When my old Honda just starting having one after another problems, I had to do a reality check and leave my car alive. I would love to do 2 Flex shifts a day and bring a kid with me on 1 too. Even just 8 shifts a week would be $600 weekly that as you say, I pick and dont have any boss over me, can stop whenever I like for a break or to go in a store I go by or see a friend I am near, etc. The kicker tho is if I hadnt stopped when I did, I would have been carless 8 mos ago, easily. Or a newer car, would have been severely worn for its age and price. Cars are too dang much! Repairs are too dang much! Amazon is brilliant to have Flex. They save millions having the employee foot the bill of something so intrinsically necessary to life in our society. You can even take a cold shower and heat water on the stove if your hot water tank goes. But without a car, you are dead in the water. My friend now delivers for FedEx and he shows up daily, gets in their truck and then walks away to go home. He enjoys his job, I would too. Im just trying to warn ppl to think thru it. Local delivery, like pizza, is much easier on your car as the radius is tiny. Then again, you’re under a boss who wants you to work in the shop if you have 5 seconds free 🤦♀️ Ive srsly thot about getting a car just to depreciate becuz of delivering and the tax breaks do NOT add up to cover the huge cash outlay. A biz can pass along any costs not covered in tax breaks, to the customer. I cant do that even tho Im a small biz in actuality 🤷🏼♀️

Back in the day when the internet was never even thought of I did mystery shopping and got some interesting assignment served as mark jury duty, research assignments in the housing industry, giving my option on different product movies and lots of stuff these jobs only came about every once and a while assignment that paid from 200-300.as a Hollywood Movie Extra at 80 bucks with the opportunity to make 200- 300 a day, these two coincide. I had several more little hustle one was I would buy door viewer for two dollars and knock on doors to install them made a couple of hundred before noon LOL. Now their another hustle which is not a hustle but a real business it's Rack Merchandizing. in short I stocked stores mom & pop business with my own products they sale your product on consignment. My goal was 80k a year I think I earned bout four grand and got to know every store owner in town which was more value than money.. My window washing accounts, a restaurant and furniture store brought in 75.weekly that gig landed me a real job with a service company that service high rise building I soon gave it back to them. Also I put little catalog display in stores, like I say those was the good old days, Man did I love to cook so I did dinner parties in Beverly Hill while working at one of the Marque now the Marque is a celebrity's hide out , when you got paid on your birthday holyday or what every all the executive from the top down would give you checks and tried to out do one another i was a happy camper until the announcement came down that we had to make up our minds to be a entrepreneurial or employee, I did not know I could have stayed with the company as an entrepreneurial that[s what he meant. So I moved on with the skills as a private chef landed in s.i.r. studios where I would hang out and cook for my billionaire friend ,if you want to call him a boss he wouldn't like that. I had to spend three hundred a day so the tax man wouldn't get, we always had fun when thing got boring our production guy could book any entertainer you name to rehearsal We where all actors on the stage of life like children's in a rock and roll fantasy camp. OK there is one thing my old Texas Friend used to tell me that is to find out what every body else is doing and don't do it. You see you are unique before you go running off all direction take time and make a decision on what you really want to do with you life, think as what if , what if you can do what every you want to do. Now clarify your thinking and become good in on area could be what you are already doing Sat your goal with unlimited faith get clear definition of faith and chart your future on the road map from the abstract of imagination mixed with faith and a pit bull determination, we always use the terminology Do or Die Traying each of us has a built in GPS in our DNA and not to mention the whole world comes to your rescue when you tap in and turn on your GPS so sat your GPS high no one is going to just give you anything, you are going to earn what you want out of life and nothing come easy in this world you have to work and think for yourself if not someone else will be glad to do you thinking for you, tell you what to do and kick you around. The problem is everybody want to make more money with no plans SIMPLE a man without a plan, plan to stay right where he is act for life if he or she don't plan and change his or hers own life. Do something NOW if it nothing but believe in your God Positioning System believe and you will achieve

For years I've sold items on eBay as my side hustle & now I also sell on Mercari. I do this off & on whenever I need extra money and I usually only sell my kids outgrown toys & things. I did try Mystery Shopping but they don't pay much usually just reimburse you for up to a certain amount & you have to fill out a lot of information about your experience, so if you don't like typing up a report you may not like this hustle. Also, some are very picky and if you don't follow everything they've stated or you make a mistake they will refuse to pay you and you've wasted your precious time which happened to me when I mystery shopped an apartment complex and that was it for me!

I'm not even sure how I came across this video, but I agree 100% that multiple streams of income is a MUST! I'll have to check out more of your videos. I've tried a number of side gigs, but my direct selling businesses with Traci Lynn Beauty and Jewelz by Traci Lynn are my staples. WeGoLook & UserTesting are a couple of others I do from time to time. Since I started my DIY Loc journey, my family and friends keep telling me I should start a business around that.

If you join a focus group how do you get paid? I’d like a side hustle, but I’m not sure about giving personal information to someone I can’t see with no physical location. Do you use pay pal or something like that?

I used to do Mystery Shopping, depends on what state you live in. Some states you actually have to be a private investigator. In was in AZ worked great, but moved to Las Vegas and it was a no.
