You know I was going to give you a full guide on how to get over this. But to be honest it just takes time. I'm turning 19 soon, until this year I had never really spoken to women on a regular basis. And I still haven't had a girlfriend for that matter. However I am more comfortable than ever speaking with women. One thing I found that really helped me was just thinking I was the most attractive guy around and every girl that came across me was star struck. Were they actually? Most definitely not. Am I the most attractive guy out there? No chance. But in my mind I convinced myself that was the case. And when I started doing that women started talking to me more, I wouldn't even have to go out of my way. They came to me
