I finally decided to start the 7 days beginners challenge after purchasing the cross ropes last Christmas 😩😂. Started slowly and took rest days as you guys recommended. I was dieing not gonna lie lol, and for the most part I couldn’t complete all the REPS 2or3 the most for some days. But the greatest improvement happened around DAY 6 when I felt my body kicked itself into me jumping on the balls of my feet😂😂 that’s the best way I can describe it but PROGRESS and I realize I was jumping on my toes the whole time but didn’t notice, and suddenly my form is way better and it’s getting easier and easier. The improvement in my posture,and how I walk is amazing So big THANK YOU!!! Definitely something I enjoy doing. And no injuries or severe pain like the last time I tried because I finally started listening to the instructions. So Yh!! BIG UP UNUH SELF!!🇯🇲🇯🇲

3700 to 4000 skips daily in 30 mins. My body is changing. Can see my jawlines. Upper belly fat is gone. Lower belly is still there. Adding 100 burpees after jumping rope has helped me a lot to lose belly fast more quickly. To all those who are still struggling, trust me guys it takes time but you will see the results. Thank you JRD. Best wishes.

Where you do jumpropes basically? On a floor or in playground? My legs hurt so much if I go above 1000 on a floor.
@adi6622 жыл бұрын
@@aritgon9763 I jump on concrete floor. With shoes. No mats. Coz I have been doing it since beginning, I haven’t got any pain. Or May be I have got habitual of pain. But I don’t feel any pain or anything.

@@adi662 I do on a concreted floor too. But damn the pain after. Also, do you know any shorter tricks to do the boxer jumprope?
@adi6622 жыл бұрын
@@aritgon9763 Bro, May be it will take some time. You can try Mat instead of floor if it hurts too much. It’s also possible, you might be jumping a bit high. Also, I never learned boxer skip specifically. It just happened to me over time of 4 months as I continued skipping so can’t help you with any shorter trick. But one thing, my goal is pure fat loss, so I do boxer skip and few run in place during my 30 mins. I don’t know any trick like criss cross or double under coz learning trick is never required for fat loss. So , if you can do basic jump also with good intensity, that should be enough if you want to lose weight.

Lol lol the boxer skip haunts me! IDKW it eludes me! I think I want it too badly. I’m awesome at the bounce and my endurance has improved (lots)! So, I’m going to put myself in remedial training. I’m taking a step back and re-watching the vids on boxer skips. Which will also dust off my initial goal of doing the fame Mike Tyson routine (I can watch that on loop and be in awed each time!). THANKS so much for this encouragement! Haha getting whipped on the back of my legs and back now has me wearing leggings and workout tee vs shorts and workout crop top--OUCHIE!!! But yea, you all MUST remain to keeping the shirts off, the community thanks you and appreciates the sacrifice. DO THE THING, shirtless 😂👀🙌🏾😉

I've got a friend who is perhaps the best jump roper I've ever seen. While he was on his gap year from University. He worked nightshift in a sugar processing factory. Every morning when he left work. He'd be chased by bees from the bee hives located at the nearby farm. One time he skipped the 10 miles to his home in the next town. It took him 6 hours. The rope protected him from the swarming bees. When he first started working at the sugar processing factory. He weighed 670 lbs. Now he only weighs 150lbs.

But now I found people saying on quora taking 2200-2400 cals for active teen boys otherwise taking low cals will stunt my growth. What should I do? I was jumping rope when I was in my 20s and because of that I can do it now at my 40s with ease. It's a skill I guess that you can't forget. My problem is that while my legs can sustain jumping rope for maybe 2min and more at one go, my heartrate goes up to 170bpm. I'm forced to stop because of that since high BPM scares me. After 6 months of training this hasn't improved much. Is there any way to lower my heartrate while jumping so I can go on longer, before having to take a break? Is my heartrate going to improve with time? Thanks in advance. Your videos are so inspiring! Love you guys!
