Great advice! I've been really consistent with my step count each day and I've added more strength training too. So glad to hear I'm on the right track!

One of my favorite tips to drinking more water is to take ten gulps every time you drink. Stop just doing one or two swallows and do ten! It helps you get more water in through the day. ❤

Ashlee what is it that you use for hair, skin and nails? I remember seeing a video a while back where you shared a supplement you were taking that has helped with your hair growth and the shine.

Natasha Ocean, a scientist, said a study showed that coffee does contribute to overall hydration after all, but I agree on more water for sure. 👍🏻
@GraceandGrit2 күн бұрын
That’s interesting, there’s also been many studies that state the opposite. So I’ll stick with not counting that toward my water intake 🤍

Not everyone can move their two feet especially after a serious car accident. I broke my back and left leg last Christmas and it's still not feeling as well as before Christmas 2023. Things happen but I am doing what I can do.

Absolutely! Don’t compare yourself to Ashlee or others. Take what is applicable and adjust the rest to best fit your needs. As someone who is chronically ill, I understand it can be tough. Prayers for a better 2025! ❤

I’m so sorry for what you’ve been through, please know I can’t speak to everyone’s unique situations and different health issues. I can’t speak broadly and you can take away what is useful for your life. There’s many adaptive workouts for those who are wheel chair bound, or injured. Praying for you ❤️

@GraceandGrit thank you for the prayers. It's just frustrating that I was so active but now I have to have help with basic housekeeping tasks. I can barely climb the stairs and I get so tired after a little cleaning or exercise. I'm struggling with this new normal. I can barely homeschool because the accident gave me a TBI so it feels like my brain is scrambled eggs. So sorry to vent on you and if I came across rude I am so very sorry. I really appreciate your channel and all the helpful tips. It's been a year for me dealing with the pain and my favorite aunt died in October and her birthday is on Thursday so I am very emotional and raw this week especially.

Turning 36 next week and I’m 9 weeks postpartum with my 4th! Postpartum 1 @ 27 and Postpartum 2 @ 30 were great, the third time I was 33 and it was a little harder, really hoping this time around is better! I have more knowledge & discipline at 36! Want to be the best I can for my kiddos

Right there with you. Two weeks pp with my seventh at 35 and definitely more tired but ready to get strong and healthy again this year.

Do you have a water filter for your sink or do you buy at the store? I've been buying bottles of water 16oz but looking for a better option. If so can you link it?

How long did it take for you to notice improvement with taking Seed? I recently starting taking it as well after hearing about it from you and understand supplements sometimes take a bit of time to really see the benefit from them so just curious what that was like for you. Thanks!

Hard to say a specific time it was just more of after a while of daily consistency passed I recognized. Wow I have not been sick even when my whole house was, and wow I haven’t had the uncomfortable bloating that I’d often get after even a tiny bit of dairy etc. I’d say at least 60 days!
