Keep a mirror at your desk. It sounds crazy, but it works. Check your expression as you talk to the customers. Smiles come across just as well as frowns, or even an eye roll! Also, remember that this is a business issue, not a personal one. The person on the other end of the phone does not have a problem with you personally, they just want to get a task completed.
