Thing is, a Sigma male will always figure out the truth, and once he does, she has no chance anymore and he gains all his power back by door slamming her and cutting her out of his life forever. Once he learns these tactics, he no longer falls for them and she is out of luck. Sigmas are extremely intelligent.

All these ways should be clear signs to break the relationship. Unless you actually did something wrong you should keep your strength and not let these things bring you down. I have been in a relationship that had pretty much all of these ways and I have learned from it, NEVER again.

1. I don't crave for female compliments in particular. I love a compliment, but when it's a 'strange' female, it's alerting me, making me wonder what the follow up question will be. 2. I don't care overly for how I represent myself. I'm me. Deal with it, or leave me alone. 3. Hefty changes in emotions I don't take serious. I'm not in for that kind of drama. A woman like that is not my type. 4. Withholding affections. That's a game two can play. 5. Playing the victim. Nah. That's not my type of woman. It's an instant turn off. 6. Create dependency. Might be, but that also works both ways.

What I've seen ... playing the victim and using their friends/family to try to gain control. They will try to diminish you in some cases, in an effort to make it appear that they are your only option. A Sigma can see through most of these tactics.

I've found that personal attacks and gaslighting are two of the main controlling issues. Other secondary things include disrespect, emotional rollercoaster of drama, socially dividing you away from your family and friends, playing the victim, a double set of standards, never meeting her expectations and always creating an emergency. When you get to the point were she tries and successfully sabotages your career, becomes emotionally & physically abusive, broadcasts lies about you, has external sexual relations and affairs and does something like stopping on a stairway on purpose, when you are just behind her and your knee touches her back, then she says that she can call the police, because you just assaulted her... and more...

Exhausted isnt victorious. From my experience in the past when things seem to repeat in life, things didnt change untill i learnt to contemplate my actions and realise some things. Its like the universe is saying to me "you missed the point try again."

I have had this happen and when women don’t communicate properly I back away and they lose there chance with me 100%. I even warn them to communicate properly or am gone. The crying just makes me pull away especially if I didn’t do anything wrong other then they don’t know or don’t want to communicate properly. You can’t manipulate a manipulator. Women like this suck everyone else in but not me once I realize what is really happening. I may be sigma but do to trauma when I was younger I still don’t forget the tactics. I want a woman that makes my life better not put a drain on it. Yes in the beginning your like wtf 😳 is going on so with me I back off and start analyzing everything.
