I’m actually doing this exact swap right now. I found that a crossmember from a 1998+ manual transmission blazer fits almost perfect.

I’ve got a first Gen jimmy with worse airflow same headers and lines and I’ve never have brake problems, even drag racing it’s been fine

I guess you need to turbo the truck so you can face the headers forward. Oh, and, run a hose from the bleeder to the reservoir to self bleed.

2/3 times I’ve done a clutch on a NV3500 they’ve managed to gravity bleed themselves before I ever even had a chance to get around to bleeding 😂 guess I’ve just got decent luck with them
