My man and I have been going thru so many problems but i think it’s from me obsessing about what he’s doing, who he’s texting why he doesn’t act better, this and that. But that comes from the trauma I been thru. I learned that being obsessive and controlling only pushes a man away and it takes over my mind.. who the hell wants that?! Not me. I’m done being this way. I’m putting a stop to it. Your videos have helped me so much, I watch some more than once because they are so powerful. Thank you so much 😊 you are helping me and so many more get thru difficult times ❤️❤️❤️

I needed this video right now! I’ve been in a rut of obsessive thoughts and anxiety about somebody for several weeks. I’m new to the feminine energy concept, but this kickstarted something that I’d like to practice and master! If he wanted to be a part of my life, he would be. If he wanted to make time for me, he would. If he wanted to make me feel special, he would. If he valued my thoughts and feelings, he would ask, and he would listen.

Adrienne, i have to thank you. I have been with my guy for 6 months now and although we’ve been good, i really felt something was out of ballance on my part. I came asross your videos and i love it! Everything has so much sence. I started leaning back, practising warmth and caring for myself first and using feel statements, without having my energy all on my guy. I feel more conected to him and yesterday he told me he loved me for the first time! I feel so happy! Thank you!

Another perfect video! 🌸💯✨ in the past I would feed into that anxious energy. I am taking great care of myself and feeling good for MYSELF, feeling stable from the inside. It’s a slow magic working. Everything from my boundaries to my attitude to my fullness of life (creating space!) has shifted and he told me this morning he can’t believe how different things are 😆💫 he’s back and forth about moving out and staying, but I just keep saying “I feel good to know you’re figuring out what’s best for you babe”. Because I am doing the same!! The trust i feel for myself is insane. Adrienne you are amazing, I am going to purchase the ABCs since your advice clearly works 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Today my relationship with my boyfriend ended when I had to fish it out of him that he no longer wanted to be in a serious relationship after he swore that I was the one. I am in a lot of emotional pain because I didn’t see it coming due to him making all kinds of plans with me one day ago.

I adore you and the concept of feminine energy, and am learning a lot.But don't you think that by crying about pain while we're young, is actually feminine energy? Our way of being nurtured? Also, I'm dealing w an ex husband who does everything except commit. What should I do? Should I continue pursuing his emotions, or should I back off, and tell him I'm not willing to do "Netflix & chill" anymore. He invests in us in every way, but I continue to bring up commitment because I feel bad sleeping with him w/o commitment. Should I continue investing, or back off?

Great guidance. Thank you. Its interesting that our minds automatically go to "out there" , "him" , and start to analyze to no end and spiral out. Wow, can I spiral out, ha. I suppose that the more I turn inward, get into my body, nurture myself, and continually create and set my environment for healing things will organically and effortlessly shift. So I have to just release the belief that If I dont control it and do it myself, bad things will happen. I'm ready to see it through even though it feels contradictory.

Could you do a video about how to be in your femenine energy while living with your boyfriend? We had a beutiful relationship and when me moved in together we started to have problems. After watching your videos, I understand where all these problems came from. I wasn´t in my femenine energy and was the one "in charge of the house" (telling him to clean or what to do...) and of course that kills the romance. I found it very hard to find the balance of being a loving girlfriend and not getting mad because of "cleaning and taking care of the place situation"....Now I´m in the process oh healing and I would like to learn how to do it better next time....thank you so much Adrienne for your videos and sharing so much with us!

This has a lot of mindset-shifting tips that are helpful for me even though my situation is slightly different. On that note, can you make a video about how to stop obsessive and anxious thoughts about a man you’re already dating? I’ve been dating a guy for 7 months but I still can’t stop obsessing and worrying that he will lose interest or I’m not doing enough or he will change and stop treating me with love and care. It’s a very white-knuckle approach that tries to muscle changes into happening.

I’m feeling so anxious that I made a mistake!! I started seeing a guy and we broke up after a couple months (we were both unsure at first) but then I realized he was a great guy for me and I purchased your ABCs to get him back....We started “seeing” eachother (me in my femme energy this time) for about a month but then when I told him it felt like we were more than friends and asked him how he felt he agreed but he said he was still unsure if it would be a fit for forever time. I didn’t want to do all the problem solving and suggest that we keep seeing eachother for a bit longer so I told him I felt sad but I accept his no, and I couldn’t just be his friend- I wanted to be a wife one day so I wouldn’t be able to see him anymore. Now we haven’t seen or talked for 2 weeks and I’m feeling very sad and lonely and missing him and wondering if I should have kept seeing him for longer than a month (Since I was still open and dating other people...)....but I ended it. I don’t know what to do!!???

Anxiety in a relationship can be a sign that something isn't right. I was feeling intense anxiety with my narcissistic ex who was gaslighting me. I found my worries (like him lying) were right all along. If you have serious issues you need to work on then do so because until you do it'll be impossible to have a healthy relationship. But right person for you isn't going to make you jump through hoops or give you awful feelings.

So after identifying our Phrases of Truth, what do we do with them? What if they are untrue? "If he loved me, he would do *blank*" isn't necessarily true. Are you suggesting to only find men who fulfill our phrases?

PoT are about getting into reality and not being in the fantasy. How it is or is not true I’m unsure in your situation.

What it the obsessive thoughts are because we are in love he tells me he thinks about me all day and day dreams about me and I do the same...not sure if this is good or bad
@marah32984 жыл бұрын
Sparkle 1212 that’s the lovely and good kind of obsessive thought! Especially when it’s mutual! Just remember to keep your hobbies and separate life, and you’re all good!

Mara M definitely! I try to stay busy as much as I can and even though it can be hard at times I barely call him or text him...I still let him reach out to me first and chase me somewhat even though we’re in a committed relationship already...it’s funny that we have to do that but I don’t want the relationship to get too boring or predictable
@marah32984 жыл бұрын
Sparkle 1212 yes! It sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders. And a great relationship to boot!
