Why are these early stages so difficult for growth? It’s because KZbin doesn’t know anything about you or your content yet. In the beginning, it’s like making your very first impression with someone; you don’t know each other yet, your background, your personality, or your expertise - all of that stuff you still need to share, and prove. Another great episode Katie. the first 100 people was the hardest 😅 it had taken a year and I just hit 1,000 milestone. Definitely can related with the hub, hero, help method .. when I stated I kept creating help videos and now I’m trying to reverse engineer and create more hub content to build a community. “Don’t plan to pivot”! My advice would be to experiment in the early days ✨

My channel has 750 subs after a very intense and consistent year of publishing content. I love your advice and agree with the majority however on the topic of quality I`m a bit torn - I read some thought-provoking theories about how research shows in many cases the quantity can produce better results than when focusing strictly on quality. If I remember correctly the study was researching pottery students where the group focusing on the quantity ended up producing more quality work than the group who was said to focus on quality. Can there be a middle way maybe?
