Preventing knee pain requires healthy length tension throughout your leg, in your quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles. Regular stretching and exercise can help improve flexibility in these areas and prevent future knee pain.
The only equipment you'll need is a stretch strap, but a dog leash or a belt will do the trick too.
