This video is a conversation and an analysis of the regular customers from the designer fashion brand I work for, as a fashion enthusiast who works in this town. I am mainly speaking of regular customers who live in Knokke, not generally, all residents (consisting of both "old money" and "new money" people + tourists). This is by no means a guide on how to dress or a generalization of how everyone dresses there. But thanks for the comment.

I think people at Knokke have a very specific fashion style. I was quite surprised by it when I first started coming here 15 years ago. I would still describe it as quite preppy, but with bright colors. To me it’s the men with the bright colored trousers that epitomizes Knokke style 😊

In some way I feel like it used to be like that but from what I see and observe myself, it is shifting a little bit. It is true that men like to accessorize and wear colors, such as bright red, darker green, shades of blue and purple. Lots of cool ties and pochettes. They do wear items that are generally considered preppy on itself (loafers, silk accessories, printed tailored bottoms,..), but I feel like they never wear multiple of those items together. It makes it look a bit costumy. Just my observation :)

This is overall true when speaking of fashion. The difference in character and behaviour however, is that they love scandals and going lose, just like Serena, while Lily is more mature and professional 🥲
