Black salt - as per taste

Melted Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 2 tbsp + Dry Red Chilli - (2-3)
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Type 3(vegan)
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves - (2-3)
Green chilli - (1-2)
Chopped Corriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp
Raw Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 Tsp
Type 4(vegan)
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli - (2-3)as per taste
Few Curry Leaves
Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
Medium Size Onion - 1 (Finely sliced)
Salt - As per taste
Medium size Tomato - 2 (Finely Chopped)
Boiled and Peeled Medium Potatoes - 3
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Type 5(vegan)

Hot Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
