These soups look so good! Last week was the first time we've had any cold weather. We just had a frost one night but it was back up to 63° today. I love broccoli cheese soup and I've made it many times! I just made a hamburger soup, something my mother used to make a lot. I actually cooked it in my crockpot, even the ground meat. I like to use V8 juice as the liquid in this soup. I added lots of vegetables and even barley. Sometimes I add potatoes but this time I added baby shells. The pot was so full and with the veggies and pasta, I couldn't get enough salt. So I added a little Boursin cheese, the garlic and herbs. I just added about 1/4 of the package, it's too salty if you add more than that. It also added a lot of flavor and a little creaminess. I always add okra because I love it. I'll definitely be putting some up in the freezer! But I'm really enjoying it! Good to see your family playing in the snow! I was 5 before it snowed where we live. It used to snow here every 5 years. But lately it's snowing once a year (in January). It's fun to see but it's too cold.🥶 I got a chill just watching y'all out in it.😊 Thanks for sharing another great video!

Love the family snow video. We got a little more in KY, but not as much as TN. I couldn't make snow cream. We got a big snow in NC around this time in 2013. I spent from late December 2012 to early November of '14.

My favorite soup is vegetable soup with ground beef. I make a big pot, (by the time you add everything it's a big pot). When it's almost done I add 3 to 4 slices of American cheese. I can it up in pint jars and it's there whenever I want it.
