Aaron Rodgers' Achilles tendon rupture is very sad. Unfortunately for Jets fans, this kind of tragedy is all too familiar. Ever since 1969, when Joe Namath did the impossible by beating the Baltimore Colts in an improbable win, every season has ended in heartbreak for Jets fans. Even Joe Namath was haunted by the curse. He never had a winning season after the 1969 campaign, and he endured lingering knee problems. It's almost as if the team used up decades' worth of luck for that one amazing victory. So that's why I chose to name it "The 1969 Curse," because since 1969, the Jets have never made it to the Super Bowl. Whether it's been an injury early in the season, a gust of wind in a crucial moment or a missed field goal, somehow the Jets always seem to end their season in disappointment.

I caused Aaron Rodgers' injury! Let me explain. I received an Aaron Rodgers jersey in the summer a few years ago. The Packers lost 4 games the following season, 3 by multiple scores. I wore my jersey 3 times that season, all of the times being those multiple score losses. So I put my jersey away. Years later, I dug it out again, hoping to break the curse. And the Packers did end up winning that game on a thrilling Rodgers pass in overtime. But a few weeks later, Rodgers tore his Achilles in Minnesota, and the season was all but over. So I put my jersey away again, vowing to never wear it again. Until the day Rodgers wore a uniform that wasn't green and gold. I plan to wear it again the next time he steps onto the field in gang green.

Feels weird these last few weeks have been TPS going all in on crapping on Kirk Cousins when he was playing his best football this year right before his injury and was getting better after a rough start. I get he hasn't got a lot of playoff wins, but the blame doesn't solely lie on him in a good chunk of them. Hell, Kirk's injury is arguably the primary reason why the Vikings lost out on the playoffs this year and the Packers were able to make it.

Why is TPS obsessed with hating on the Vikings? Every time they make one of these videos I KNOW my team will be on it. The Vikings won 13 games a year ago and after a bad start with a series of 1 score loses they got back to .500 and were playing great. They even beat San Francisco. So once again WHY all the hate? I get that the NFC North was gotten a lot better, but getting rid of proven players is not the answer. Every time I see JJ McCarthy mocked to us I scream! Philadelphia has changed so many coaches over the years but the Eagles two SB runs were due to an easy schedule. I don't see the Eagles going 13+ wins. About 11 wins again. I actually have them winning in Baltimore but they still face the Bengals, Steelers, Browns, Packers, and Jaguars. And the NFC South is a quiet storm.

We ran the same running play over and over and over expecting a different result. McCarthy started making safe play calls and we got burnt. I’m not going to say they’ll win 6 Super Bowls in an 18 year stretch and get there 8 times alongside the stretch of 8 straight conference championship appearances but I could see the Lions reeling off a lot of NFC North titles for the next 10-15 years with at least one Super Bowl title in the mix.

The Vikings are really not in as terrible of a situation everyone thinks they are. Yes their QB position is a big toss up, but if they get that figured out, they got a great O-line, elite WR and TE core. The RB needs more depth, but Ty Chandler has proven he can ball out. The defense under Flores has been way better, and they just need some depth and they could easily become a top 10 defense. Not to mention they have nearly 40m in cap space and can easily create more, and they got decent draft capital this year. They ultimately just need to get the QB situation figured out and they should be good.

The Ravens Super Bowl window is complicated. The only reason it's still open is because it's been that way for almost 25 years. Out of all of the traditional powers from the 2000s and 2010s, they're the ones that haven't reached the brutal decline stage of their empire. Not to mention this team made the AFC Championship Game despite the Tennessee game in 2019. Most franchises don't recover from that game, they did and it wouldn't surprise me if they overcame the Chiefs' loss in a hurry.

I say San Fran has 1 maybe 2 years left on their Super Bowl window. Brock Purdy’s contract year is after this season, and they’ll likely pay him big. As for the Cowboys, it’s hilarious to think their Super Bowl window is shut. Dak didn’t get an extension yet, and we have a solid defense still. I think their window is still open at least until Dak starts getting paid bigger. That brings me to Dak, he isn’t the guy to win big games. He chokes in the playoffs all the time, whether it’s round 1 or 2. Like he looks great in the regular season, but then chokes when it matters. I would be happy if he was traded for a draft pick or for a better QB, who doesn’t choke in the playoffs.

That defense will regress after losing the DC, while it wasn't able to stop a good offense all season nor in the playoffs. How do they get better? As for the 49ers they have around 5 years left due to the fact Lynch knows how to keep the team competitive while cutting the fat off the team cap. They're cutting Armstead in June to save 20m in cap space, while he was a captain he has also been injured a lot in the last 3 seasons and his production has not been competitive.

Congratulations TPS, you're finally starting to understand my viewpoint that my hometown team, the Buffalo Bills, are truly the ultimate choker team, as I've known all along. Call me crazy, but I think the Bills need to move on from Josh Allen! You heard me right, release Josh Allen, and find another QB in the draft. The reason for this is Josh's carelessness with the football, as he throws way too many INTs. Luckily, I know just the QB for the job, JJ McCarthy. As a Michigan fan, I've seen how JJ plays, and by coming to Buffalo, JJ would practically have his Michigan team with him. He'll have star WRs like Stefon Diggs, and star TEs in Dawson Knox and Dalton Kincaid. The only difference is the RB room. Luckily, Michigan has a great candidate to fix that, too, Blake "the Great" Corum. All Corum did during MIchigan's National Championship season with a perfect 15-0 record was break Anthony Thomas's record for most rushing TDs with 58. JJ makes much better decisions with the football than Josh. What also didn't help was Tyler Bass deciding to do his best Scott Norwood impression at the worst possible time. But, whatever they decide to do, this marks the end of our playoff run, as a major rebuild is in order, and it's back to being the crappy old Bills that I've known my whole life. In addition, they need to rename the NFL to BPM (Beat Patrick Mahomes), as the guy just does not stop winning, and tbh, I'm sick of him hogging all the hardware, as in my eyes, any award he's eligible for, he'll win. Also, let's face it, the AFC Championship is already set before each season starts. It's the Bengals at the Chiefs, at Arrowhead, every single year. As long as Mahomes and Burrow are around, the Bills don't stand a chance. And I live in Buffalo! You know it's bad when someone from your franchise's city has no hope in your team.
