honestly, i think puka locked it up. cj (who’s having the greatest rookie qb season ever) missed time, and puka nacua’s breaking every rookie receiver record, and is arguably the greatest rookie wideout of all time (unless you want to argue for jamarr chase, jjettas, or randy moss).

Seeing Kyle Orton on this list for 2005 makes me even sadder to know my Bears were one of the 23 teams who passed on Aaron Rodgers in that draft. Picking Orton in the 4th round meant they weren’t sold on Grossman but were still committed to him as a former 1st round pick so using their 4th overall pick on a QB wasn’t an option.
