My man is Active Duty Military right now. I have over 5000 emails from him from over the past 3 yrs. I can not tell you how many times I've read each and ever single one. 1978 on deployment 7 months my ship set in Mayport naval station. She wasn't there i wrote daily her letter stopped 4 months in. Gone 7 m she was 3 m with child ,asking for a divorce. I drew tree branches with lady bugs, ( I am not an artist) not a long letter just like you said a couple of things I noticed about her and where we went. She was on cloud nine!! Coming from an avid follower of Corey Wayne, he has those guidelines because MOST men will get carried away and scare women away. Most men don't have the mindset, or the discipline, or the understanding, to use very subtle and brief texts to creatively flirt, or increase interest. You are 1000% correct. Corey Wayne is adamant about not doing this but ive lost to many girls by not texting in between dates. So that leaves 2 things that happen, they think you dont like them, or you're playing games, and with all the other guys constantly blowing them up they move on before anything ever starts. This worked for Corey because there was virtually no social media when he wrote his book. It worked in his day but its outdated today.

You're uncalibrated. You need to text them in order to set up the date, but after you do, don't blow their phones up. And if the date is 3 weeks in advance, you should probably text them again one week in advance just to flirt a bit, but again, don't drag it out.

Women are impossible to date most of the time. My current gf of almost two years told he recently that she is obsessed with me. That’s what I’ve always wanted. Not the same thing, voice texts are short and sweet and can be played at any time. It's got a different feel to it than an actual conversation. It'd be closer to a voice mail but without the chance of her picking up. Just trust us on this, girls like it especially when there's distance or you tend to have a busier schedule. Makes us feel a little extra special.

@@supersonicx01 Well it took me a minute to actually find that feature on my phone, (mine doesn't have a "+" button in texting mode), but that feature is still available as an "attachment" option, you just have to choose the "microphone" symbol and speak your message, instead of choosing a photo, which is the "default" choice for the attachment button. I guess every modern phone does have that feature, but NOT all phones are set up the same way, so that's why I never knew you could even do that for a text... I'll have to try it sometime!
