I don’t have much advice re the BM, but I tried to write in my other comment: - leftist community groups such as ISO if they’re set up at a uni near you (don’t have to be a student to sit in on meetings), I’ve met some real lovely connections during chats after their lectures/talks, all Marxist based talks and pretty interesting too - local punx (the ones that aren’t too out of it on tha stuff lol) usually have good connects too, great scene and v progressive and welcoming of everyone - local FB events for organised action/protests - any cause you’re passionate about be it climate change, 🍁 legalisation, LGBTQ rights….having seen how rowdy counter protestors are getting over there now, I think you would be really valuable to them in both defending a cause and defending your people, if and when it comes to that. Leaders of these groups and organised action can point you in the direction of the work you _really_ wanna do, work with boots that feel made for you - slowly get your boyz on board with something casual like chill beers & friendlyjordies vids to start, if it sticks, then start talking more serious action and how valuable y’all can be in fighting for a better present and future for the children when you look at how far you’ll go for ya poor homie with the BM 😅 He’s just one man, but together you can start supporting a better society for future men Best of luck brother, you gots the guts!
