This is my feeling about the proverb 31 woman: she is fearless because she is organized and a visionary, and consequently she is resilient (as you very well said). She has the patience to invest long term work. she knows what will be fruitful for her and her family: Therefore she laughs at the future. She is my hero. Thank you for mentioning this inspiring passage from the Old Testament !😇🌹

I’ve always been the person that was so afraid to make efforts to beautify myself as this is sometimes so frowned upon, but watching your videos has just made me feel so good about myself given me so much confidence! Living in an era where we see only one type of beauty as well, it is so easy to just give up because you know you don’t fit the category, but somehow these femininity videos are so inclusive and they show us how every woman is beautiful and how we can dress to show the best parts of ourselves in a delicate way❤️. Much love from South Africa 🤗🤗.

Dear Cynthia, I often deal with anxiety. It’s mostly due to unpleasant encounters I experienced in the past with rude/mean people. For example, I keep replaying scenario’s in my head I would rather forget. I was wondering if you had any advise for me on how to deal with such anxiety as a young feminine woman. You are such an inspiration to me💕
@CynthiaL4 жыл бұрын
I have also struggled with anxiety most of my life and everyday I have to deal with it ; I understand your struggle 💛💛. It’s good to acknowledge the emotions and process them, but you have to give yourself a time limit and then you decide to move forward. When you decide to move forward, you try to find activities or other things that you can focus on. Also, you have to be realistic with your expectations when dealing with anxiety; you can’t always control how you initially feel but you can control your reaction and what you do. Congratulate yourself when you have mini wins 🥰💛

So informative video. Just love it. I am from India. After watching your and some other you tubers videos I am learning to be more feminine but yes what most common problem I am facing is people around us dress so understatedly. By the way here in India also young women are now mostly adopted pajamas and shorts, where I try to be in our traditional clothes like “saree”. It’s not easy but I tried to implement that. Thank you so much for this type of videos it inspires a lot.. thank you.

I love all of this, as always! As a pear shape, I have a hard time with dresses and sometimes skirts. I have tried the A line silhouette only to find that it makes my big lower half look even bigger, like ridiculously, attention-grabbingly so. I've found pencil skirts and sheath dresses to be more balancing, but it's tricky keeping things modest with that more form fitting silhouette. Sometimes sizing up and having the top half tailored smaller is the only solution. It's a struggle, I hate it! 😅
@CynthiaL4 жыл бұрын
I know what you mean, I usually have to size-up on bottoms as well or make a small alteration in the waist since I too carry weight on the bottom half. But we just have to try our best and it's not about perfection but balance :) 💕

@CynthiaL4 жыл бұрын
Awh, we are all beautiful in our own ways we just have to find the most feminine features and accentuate them! ☺️🌻
@alldoneup4 жыл бұрын
There is definitely a spectrum when it comes to masculine and feminine features and characteristics in every person but owning YOUR personal femininity is what matters most. We cannot compare ourselves with others--comparison is the thief of joy remember. We need to remember that we are women with value and dignity and just celebrate what we were uniquely given. The fact is that no one is 100% happy with how they look, even supermodels have things about themselves they are insecure about!...but we should not focus on the negatives because it honestly just doesn't do us any good. What will do us good is to accept that we are all unique and beautiful in our own ways and seek to dress our bodies and present ourselves in a way that brings us inner peace and joy. That comes with time though in just realizing your worth and finding your personal tastes and not giving too much thought to what negative people think or say. It's a journey really! I will keep you in my prayers. ❤️

I do a program called Dressing Your Truth (it's free online, you can google it) & it celebrates every woman as having her own beauty. It is especially amazing to me to see the before & afters of women who have naturally more "masculine" features, when they dress the colors, shapes, textures, etc of their beauty type, they look more feminine & you see THEM rather than any prominent features. For example, someone with more substantial, angular features & textured skin will look best with substantial patterns, jewlry etc, angular cuts/shapes, etc & texture in their clothing, hair, etc. (all with balance of course, you can go overboard). Putting soft lines, daintiness, smoothness, etc will only clash with & accentuate their angles, substancial features & texture. Audrey Hepburn knew how to work with her own lines rather than try to counteract them, & that's why she looked so great.
