For number 10, I am one of those women who LOVES intensity with weights, running, etc and have even pursued becoming a trainer. But I am a huge advocate of finding exercise YOU love. Like you said, if you hate going to the gym to take a high intensity class you’re not going to stick with it. Getting up and moving your body in many different ways is most important. I will add that it is still good to incorporate some kind of strength training 1 or 2 days a week in order to keep from being injured.❤️ love your videos!

These are things I've always appreciated in an elegant woman that would draw my attention to her. Scent. An elegant woman smells lovely. Whatever your fav scent is...doesn't matter, as long as it isn't overpowering. My other fav thing in an elegant woman is someone who loves to learn about others' ethnic backgrounds and culture. When I see a woman who shows interest in someone's ethnic dress, ethnic foods, customs, language (as you mentioned), it just shows so much respect for others, as well as an interest in learning.
