I am super thankful for having gotten back into biking this summer to get my old butt back in shape. I bought a fixed gear road bike, because I am silly and sentimental like that. I am getting a belt drive gravel bike next week, though. And super thankful my wife (Waikiki surfer girl from back in the day) just got a new job offer the day before Thanksgiving so she is back to a full time job before the end of the year.

In 2016 I had an accident that broke 5 bones in my neck and 4 bones in my back. IF I survived the surgery, I was expected to be a quadriplegic, but I was walking unassisted within a year and a half, and because I stumbled upon you guys, I got inspired and have been loving my new Redline SQB 26"er for the past 7 months. I put a MTB dropper seat post on it, and it works great, saves the knees on long rides, and my feet can still hit the ground when I stop. What can I say, I'm 59. I am truly thankful to be alive, and to still have the few friends who stuck with me (true friends), and for the Brochanics for inspiring me to throw my leg over a bike saddle again and just enjoy riding! I'm sorry for your family's loss. especially someone so young.🙏 Best of Thanksgiving wishes to you and Bernie, and your families, and all my fellow followers. 🦃🤙 The "Torkster" turned out monstericously cool and unique, but how did you get rid of the mushy lever action? Your video inspired me. I'm going for a ride. P.S. Those concave, curved metal wall things at the end of the runway are a QUARTERPIPE! Jump the fence with Bernie and catch some wicked air! Lol

I’m 58 brother April fool day 2019 we took my wife’s mom to doctors in Hilo Hawaii. That day they told Grammy at best 9 months left. She passed on big island October 2019. Don’t blink bro. My forearms look comically huge in this angle but I'm kinda digging this view! I might need to move up the camera slightly to see more of the view but I think we'll be seeing us use this camera and view more in the coming videos. In our next video this week we are going to be using this camera along with the 360 so both Bernie and I are covered. Been a mess to edit but I'm liking the multiple views! I've found that connecting the camera to my phone and the app helps me see what the camera is seeing. Still need to get more used to it though. Thanks for the well wishes and let me send some right back to you for being a great friend! Happy Holidays! 🤙🏻

The end of the runway has those blast shields which will help keep the jet blast off of the traffic behind. Doesn't do much for sound, though.
