5 things I hate about my Mazda 6

I've had this car for a solid 2 months or so, and while it is a fantastic driving experience, I can't help but find a few nit picky problems that I don't like about it. Trust me, they're all extremely minor, Maybe I'll make another video on a few bigger issues the Mazda 6 has.

Yes I agreeeee on the AC issue, thought it was just me. My complaints besides the A/C is the screen size of the infotainment system it could be much larger and not being able to access the touchscreen while the car is in motion sucks. The arm rest and small compartment could also be better placed.Also the speedometer option to have it digital would be nice, and tire compression levels would be a nice feature to see, and lastt but not least the hood would be better off on air springs. Instead of the rod to prop the hood up... minor things but yeh. I have a 2019 mazda 6 sport and I love it. I Could have gotten charger, challenger ect ect but idk fell in love with my car once I got in it. I've always been a Chrysler kinda person but since the 200 was killed and I don't like Honda, Hyundai or anything else much I get into a Mazda for the first time and it was a wrapp!!

Pull the steering wheel back and sit further away from the windshield, its safer and you can actually use the armrest/seat/mirrors without contorting.

This video was all over the place talked about the Rain, Brand new iPhone (who gives a shit) and some car stuff. .... on the other hand I have a 2017 Mazda 6 and I will concur A/C works but doesn’t blow well and doesn’t aim right either. I feel like I have to blast it to feel Anything.... I will also complain about noisy brakes since day 1, my pedestrian detection system has had 2 failures in two years. Back up Camera sucks, and the infotainment is super slow. Takes a while to connect to my 512Gb Midnight Green iPhone 11 Pro with Metro Piece of Shit, and my cameras are better than yours.... cold here but no rain. Thank god.

I just got a 2019 Mazda 6 reserved and I really wanted a sports car but the Miata hard too to me is not big enough neither fast to consider it as a sport car ... so I just got the 6 ... Mazda has always made good reliable cars

Yeah that's true. I had a 2010 Mazda 3 before it had 107k miles on it and still drove like a beast. But I just wanted something new. Yeah and a lot of people don't consider Miatas a sports car. But I don't think it has to be fast in a straight away but it's a good time attack

Engines are pretty bad. Need 7.5k oil changes or less that is bad very bad, dpf problems, drive chain problems. Infotainment is also not the best. Should be at least 10-12.5 k. Watched enough now not Mazda 6.

The seats are really comfortable both front and back. And there's a ton of space for elbow and leg room too. 9/10 would sit again.

Not yet no, I get hit with that all the time and no issues. My only issue is getting the bugs off the bumper lol.

No not at all. But I'm not sure if the car came with a coating of any kind. I'll likely get the car wrapped a different color next year anyway so I won't have to worry about any chips in the actual paint.

so are you saying the ac sucks? seems to be a common prob with the 6. Some reviews say it takes way too long to cool down Is that right?

No the AC is fine. It works perfectly it's just that it doesn't aim at your face which is how I like my AC. It takes time for it to cool down for me because I live in Florida and I don't have any tint on my windows. But it works perfectly.

Jim S it does suck compared to other cars. It takes longer to get cool. once me and my buddy were leaving from work on a hot summer day, and we were both stood beside our cars with ac running to wait for it to get cool enough. He took off a good few minutes before I did and he had an old 96 sti.

This is why I went with the Camry. From a practicality stand point it was a better car. Even if it feels a little cheaper than the Mazda, it got better mpg, horsepower torque, and everything on the interior (like glovebox, screen, buttons) were easily accessible and came in ample amounts of space And like I can get inside the Camry with the door barely cracked open. Just a more practical car. Function vs form.

I think the Mazda is a more attractive looking car it looks luxurious same with the interior especially when you get into the grand touring it’s “more expensive” but dealers always go down if you haggle then I got my 18 gt Mazda 6 for 23k

Wow why even make videos of Mazda ... when you own a 3 ... man I’ve own every Mazda the has being out .. and just got the new 6 reserve and neither Camry or accord has anything on it ... you need to either upgrade to a decent base GT or just go on with Toyota or your choice brand ... but don’t talk about a car when all you have is a sport not even a touring .. and yes the Mazda 3 on my profile picture I still have .. it has 228k miles on it main reason why I keep it on my profile pic ...
